Process Flow Chart: Printing (AOP)-All over print


Reactive Printing


01.  Fabric Preparation (Scouring/Bleaching/Enzyme/Dyeing)
02.  Print Paste Preparation (Ingredients-A. Urea-helps to bring the dye into solution and maintain humidity. B. Water. C. Dyes. D. Na-Alginate-Thickener, it is used in Reactive Printing as other thickeners contain –OH group and this –OH group readily react with Reactive dyes. E. Resist Salt or Ludigol. F. NaHCO3-mild Alkali. Process-A. (Urea+Dye+Water) Stirring = Paste-1. B. (Paste-1+Resist Salt+Water+Na-Alginate) Stirring = Paste-2. C. Paste-2+NaHCO3 = Paste-3 (Final paste).).
03.  Printing (with different printing methods and styles).
04.  Drying
05.  Steaming
06.  Soaping or Washing.




Pigment Printing


Process:
01.  Fabric Preparation
02.  Print Paste Preparation (Pigment+Binder+Fixer+Na-Alginate+White Spirit+Labellers)
03.  Printing with the paste
04.  Drying (90-100°C)
05.  Curing (140-160°C for Cotton and 160-220°C for PES)
06.  Washing (if required).
07. Softening.
